PROGRAM OUTLINE - THE 5 STEPS TO RAPID EMPLOYMENT
Step 1: Learn How to Ride the Emotional Roller Coaster
Step 2: Definining Your Goals - Jobs that Enrich Your Life
Step 3: Using Values-Based Resume and Self-Marketing Tools
Step 4: Creating a Meticulous Action Plan (MAP)
Step 5: Taking Action and Mastering a few Self-Marketing Tools
While the 5 Steps program is powerful, it requires a commitment on your part.
· This is an interactive and intensive 5-day course which requires:
o Attendance at all 5-days of class (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday & Tuesday)
o Complete all online course work each evening of 7 evenings (2 – 3 hours online Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun, & Mon)
o Assist your team/classmates throughout the training
o Stay connected with your team, facilitators and coaches after class until you find your next job

Online learning (on your own) 2-3 hours every evening during class and on the weekend (Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun, & Mon evenings)
